We offer a rotating and wide selection of beers at all times in our taproom. From Lagers, Belgian-style Saisons, English Ales, IPAs to Porters and Stouts, there is sure to be a beer that anyone would like.

All of our beers are brewed nearly exclusively with Maine-grown and malted ingredients, including base and specialty malts from Blue Ox Malthouse and Maine Malthouse; raw and flaked grains from Maine Grains and Aurora Mills and Farm; as well as hops from The Hop Yard, Champlain Valley Hops, and other local growers.

MICHAEL HOLLAND

CO-OWNER, HEAD BREWER

Michael is a graduate of the American Brewer's Guild and has been brewing for over 11 years.  He spent a year as an assistant brewer at Firefly Hollow Brewing Company in Bristol, CT, where he learned the ins and outs of production brewing.

He also owns and runs a small manufacturing company that builds electric control panels and accessories for small scale brewing systems.

Michael is the head brewer, in charge of recipe development as well as overseeing all brewing operations.  You will also find him helping in the tasting room, running social media, and running the tractor at the farm.

HEATHER HOLLAND

CO-OWNER, HEAD OF SALES, TAPROOM MANAGER

Heather grew up on a small farm in New England and spent her time studying horticulture and landscape management in college.  Heather has held jobs in retail, restaurants, and direct sales. She was a founding member of the Maine Pink Boots Chapter, and served as Chapter Leader for 5 years.

She is the sole owner of Outland Farm, the other facet that runs harmoniously alongside the brewery.  Heather manages the 5 acre pick-your-own orchard, raises over 2,500 pastured meat chickens, turkeys, pigs, and cows each year; most of which can be bought from the freezer at the brewery.

Heather manages the taproom, plans events, and assists with social media.
